Terms of Service
What you're buying
When you place an order, Postly arranges for your design to be printed and delivered as described at checkout: to letterboxes in the area you chose during your delivery week, to the addresses on your list, or (for business cards) posted to you. Prices include printing, delivery and GST.
Letterbox delivery
Home counts come from the 2021 Census and are estimates. Our delivery partners skip letterboxes marked No Junk Mail or that can't be safely reached, so not every home in an area will receive a flyer. Delivery happens on weekdays during your booked week, on days our partner chooses.
Your design
- You confirm you have the right to use everything in your design, and that it is lawful and not misleading.
- A person checks every design before printing. If something won't print well (for example blurry images or text too close to the edge), we'll contact you before printing. We may decline designs that are unlawful, offensive or misleading, and refund you in full.
- Small colour differences between screen and paper are normal.
Address lists
If you upload an address list, you confirm you collected it lawfully and may use it to send mail. We use it only to print and post your order. See our Privacy Policy.
Payment and changes
You pay in full at checkout. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and what happens if something goes wrong.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Apart from those guarantees, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our liability for an order is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
